March is here! Spring is on the way! (We hope, with how bipolar Mother Nature has been this week). Our kids enjoyed the snow we got on the 12th! It was nice to have one last day of sledding before spring is here. And it wasn't too bitterly cold for them to enjoy playing in it (or eating it, as they normally do first ever time it snows).
March 7-11th was Dental Assistant Recognition Week. Our team does so much behind the scenes to keep our office running and it does not go unnoticed. We are so grateful for our team helping us care for our patients. They really do know how to do it all.
Dentistry in and of itself is such technical field which incorporates so many diverse aspects. We work in tenths of a millimeter all day long. Our attention to detail is needed on a much higher level than most other fields of medicine. Dentistry is a difficult field to master, but once most of the initial hurdles of orientation are passed, it can be one of the most rewarding fields. To change a person's life through their smile is such a wonderful gift and art to be able to do.
As we are a small family owned business, our dental assistants and team members in our office carry such a wide role of jobs in our office from opening to closing on a daily basis. Without our supporting team members, we'd have a lot less to smile about! Cheers for taking on the challenge that the dental field is with us. Thank you for helping us take care of our patients and contributing as a team to keep the office going! Please know that more people are smiling because of your contributions.
